Pointed out in #2490 , this is a regression introduced by #2398 . We need to
flush the buffer to faithfully emulate the "real" print() function.

FFmpeg's native aac encoder was declared stable in 3.0 (Feb 15. 2016).
Support for libfaac was removed some time later:
