This uses the new BeetsPlugin.config convenience view heavily. Things are
slowly getting less verbose.

begin adding convenient plugin defaults
...
We need plugins to set their config values at run time instead of module import
time. That is, defaults should be put in the __init__ method. This is easy
enough, but to make it even more convenient, I added a BeetsPlugin.config
field, which is a Confit view into a subsection of the configuration named
after the plugin.

Replaced temp_config context manager with TempConfigTestCase base class. This
lets us clean up even when a test fails.

Create echonest_tempo plugin - use EchoNest API to get tempo (bpm).

A simple plugin that connects to the EchoNest API to retrieve
tempo (bpm) metadata for tracks. Functions similarly to the lyrics
plugin.
Requires the pyechonest library.

In PyPy's pure-Python implementation of the sqlite3 module, sqlite3.Row has no
__len__ method. This works around calling len(row).

modernize basic MediaFile tests
...
These tests were written when I knew almost nothing about Python and even less
about unittest. The class-generating magic never worked with nose for a crazy
reason I won't get into here. This has a bit more copypasta but the workings
are more obvious and we no longer generate enormous numbers of independent
tests. There should be a more representative number of dots in the test runner
output now.
