cbe2fe9299 pentoo-*: as requested by multiple users, overlay users can now install pentoo/pentoo without me completely taking over their systems 
PROFILE USERS WILL STILL BE RULED WITH AN IRON FIST. This is the concession I am willing to make, be happy.
