David Lynch 533c14f0d7 Normalize fancy unicode characters by default ... Kindle can't display the "𝖙𝖍𝖚𝖌 𝖑𝖎𝖋𝖊" mathematical bold fraktur codepoints so NFKC normalize them (and anything else) into its plain equivalent.
