feat: Complete Sprint 2 PostgreSQL migration conversion

- Convert all 85 SQLite SQL migrations to PostgreSQL
- Convert 5 Kotlin migrations to PostgreSQL versions
- Add PostgreSQL JOOQ generation configuration
- Add Testcontainers dependencies for PostgreSQL testing
- Update build.gradle.kts with PostgreSQL migration tasks
- Fix PostgreSQL integration test compilation issues
- Create migration conversion scripts for automation
