Charles Haley b17ea76f4c Several changes: ... 1) Fix a bug where sending a book could use the wrong path. 2) Ask Calibre Companion to show a message if it is out of date. This will work only for newer versions of CC. 3) Remove old non-streaming networking code. Refuse to connect if a client requests to use the old code.
