Remove the Saved search box from the search bar 
Replaced by a single button that can be used to add a saved search.
The box is redundant, since saved searches can be accessed from the Tag
Browser anyway.

For people that really like the Saved search box, there is a tweak to
restore it.

1aa59276bd
Store and access user template functions on a per-library basis. This is used when the DB evaluates composites, avoiding using the global copy. 
The ability to pre-compile templates was removed because the one-true list of available functions is known only at execution time. The compiled copy depended on the global state being accurate. And in any event, I was never totally convinced that the compiled version was significantly faster than the pre-lexed version.

Includes a bug fix: the booklist must be refreshed if a user-defined function changed.

4d7683b750 Fix some icons being blurry on High DPI screens 
Get Qt to use high DPI images when rendering icons. Unfortunately,
turning this on means that non-square images are not rendered properly,
so convert all icons to square images.

3e70e190dd Workaround for broken websocket ping/pong implementation in browsers

cf3882c775 E-book viewer: Improve performance of hyphenation 
Also fix a bug in the hyphenation algorithm that could cause the word
"undefined" to be mangled during hyphenation. Fixes #1478292 [E-book Viewer display error on word "undefined"](https://bugs.launchpad.net/calibre/+bug/1478292)

Both these changes come from updating the Hyphenator library to version

afd774cc9f calibre-portable.sh: misc fixes.

3c74a744ef E-book viewer: Fix a regression that caused the viewer to occasionally skip the last page in a chapter when displaying more than one pages per screen and scrolling by screen 
Also use a custom tag name for the blank page elements, so that there is
less chance of CSS from elsewhere being applied to it
