18316e4eda if the cover img resolution is too low, kindle wouldn't show it. 
replacing the original src img size with a bigger size solves this issue
this is discuessed in

Fixed New Yorker Magazine recipe 
The XHTML produced by the recipe had an ill-formed XHTML that, when converted to KEPUB, was not properly parsed on Kobo devices.
