Adrian Sampson d6d2a02e35 switch to Kramdown for Markdown rendering

RDiscount's "smart" mode is not very smart at all. It renders -- as an emdash
instead of an endash! Who ever heard of that? And apostrophes at the ends of
words (as in "beets' scale") are not curlified, which seems like crime. Kramdown
gets both of these right.
