c2c1e7236d Simplify word boundaries (#1060) 
Use lookahead/lookbehind matching to ensure there is whitespace around the
token. Replaces the use of \b, which doesn't work for "ft.", etc.

f4fdd66b81 echonest: truncating a file converts it to OGG 
Previously ffmpeg would throw an error because the file extension is
'.ogg' but the codec is 'copy'.
