avoid repeating diff check, use changed set ( #511 )
...
This way, _showdiff returns the information that _different used to provide
(since _showdiff needs to calculate it anyway). Using a `changed` set also
makes it easier to avoid unnecessary work.

JSON API responds with embedded items
...
This effectively removes the "album_ids" and "item_ids" keys from the responses
of `/item/` and `/album/`, respectively. Instead there are "albums" and "items" keys,
respectively that contain a list of JSON representations for all albums and
items.
