46e242b2b9 Roll back zsh completion to 9dc7995 
See #2266. The recently introduced caching mechanism is nifty, but it's
causing problems for many users. We're rolling it back until the author can
get to the bottom of the problem.

90b388b775 Use __future__ imports but unicode_literals everywhere 
Include import of __future__ features division, absolute_imports and
print_function everywhere. Don't add unicode_literals yet for it is
harder to convert.

Goal is smoothing the transition to python 3.
