Improve logging in reimport_metadata, early exits

- Early exits in loops when no new value is incoming.
- Streamline and improve log messages:
  - "Reimported" vs. "Not reimported"
  - Album/Item ID at the beginning.
  - Path at very end.
  - Separate regular attrs from flex attrs.
