Don't update state if we know items are equal to avoid reselections.
Don't pass LastInfoUpdate to frontend to prevent useless updates (the
field isn't used)

New: Queue remains up to date while importing file from remote file system
Fixed: Failed downloads still in queue won't result in failed search
